Dead easy

First click on the 'MANAGER' icon :

This will open a pop-up window, here you can select the category you want to publish the photo :

Then give your picture a name and browse through your harddisk to find the picture, then click 'Submit"

Now you have to tell the system how to align your picture :

and this will produce the image-code in your editor !
